How to (quickly) Deepen Your Self-Love

At times it can seem like focusing on self-love is a luxury–something nice you can do when you’ve got extra time and energy.

BUT, self-love is actually a VITAL practice.

Especially when you’re stressed, overworked, or feel like you don’t have time.

That’s because starting from self-love is…

  • the only way to make good decisions
  • the only way to be good to your loved ones
  • and the only way to be physically and mentally healthy 

Thankfully, self-love is your natural state of being! It’s not something you have to cultivate, it’s already part of you.

Instead, you just have to get in touch with it, and clear out any conditioning or beliefs you’ve developed that keep you from experiencing it.

And that’s what today’s video will help you do.
