How to “Hear” What Foods your Body Wants

I’m sure you’ve noticed that when you’re stressed it’s easy to fall into habits with food that aren’t necessarily what your body wants.

 

Maybe it’s getting a few too many sweets, or a bit too much salty crunchy stuff (or both), instead of having the time you need to choose healthy food.

When you’re busy or stressed, it can be hard to tune in to your body and really “listen” for what your body would actually like you to eat.

 

But, when you’re able to slow down and pay attention, your body can give you really specific ideas. 

 

So, I made you this meditation to help you let go of the ways that stress or worry can cloud your ability hear what your body wants.

 

Even if you’re already really good at this, this meditation will help you release any stress that’s hanging out in your digestive system.
