How to Let Go and Be in the Moment

Today’s meditation will help let go of anything keeping you from being in the moment. 

It will help you let go of the past, of worries and expectations for the future, of emotions that are stuck (especially grief), and of stress.

When you step fully into the moment, you can act with clarity and without attachment.

You can approach life calmly, even when things are difficult.
