Relax your Back: release back tension

It’s summer!

Wooohoooooo! This is my favorite time of year: river trips, hiking and camping, barefeet in the garden, warmth and DRESSES! (Even though I’ve moved North, I’m still a tropical Florida girl at heart…)

Another thing that can come with summertime, though, is being REALLY busy. All that daylight makes it feel like there’s no time to take a break, even from the fun stuff : )

Unfortunately, having so much to do, fun or otherwise, can lead to a bit of stress. And, if you’re like me and many others, you might store some of that stress in your back as tension.

So, in case that’s you, today I’ll be leading you through a guided meditation to relax your back, and let go of any tension in the tissues.
