I want to tell you about some of the very cool client experiences that have arisen in recent weeks through the lens of focusing on Ancestral Healing and Support. ❤️
Some of the themes that have come through:
- Feeling the unwavering support of ancestors. (The clear messaging, even when working with an ancestor who has experienced trauma, is that the work is for you, not them. They’re making it lovingly clear that they’re here for you more than the other way around. The depth of love in this message has been beautiful to see.)
- Helping a client experience a more full range of emotion. This included both joy, which she felt she had no access to before, as well as sacred anger. We did this through working with a male ancestor who had traumatic experiences as a child that cut him off from his open-ness to joy.
- Releasing specific moments of trauma as far back as 15 generations to help a client access more self-love, self-trust, and expression of self.
- Working with a client to release changes on the cellular level of her nervous system. These changes were passed down from an ancestor, and had been keeping her stuck in “fight or flight”. This was having a huge impact on all aspects of her life and health.
It’s been both deep and beautiful to witness this joyful clamoring of support from the ancestral realm, and to have the opportunity to harness this to co-create deep healing with clients on all levels; body, mind and spirit.
On the physical level, from working through this Ancestral lens, clients have reported:
- a painful bloating and upset digestion pattern completely resolving
- the reduction of intense sugar cravings as more of the joy of life was accessible
- Neck tension that had been going on in the background for months going away
And on the mental/emotional level:
- One client has expressed just feeling lighter overall.
- Another talked about an opening to self-love, for the first time that she can remember in her life.
- And another was able to experience deeper more loving connection with his inner child.
And that’s just a few things from the last couple of weeks. It’s been so fun and potent to open the door in this specific way and to see what comes forward. It feels both sacred and like a celebration…like a party with your ancestors where you’re the guest of honor 💃🏽❤️

Each week, we meet live to co-create deeper balance for your system on all levels and make leaps towards your goals for yourself and your wellbeing.
We follow cues from your body to harmonize all aspects of your being, receive information from your ancestors, and bring light and healing to the expression of your DNA and your physical health.
We can work with very specific elements of your physiology and your experiences as well as specific ancestral patterns and wisdom to help you experience more wholeness on all levels.
