pancreas marching to own beat

Blood sugar balance

Does your blood sugar spike and fall throughout the day, leaving you with periods of tiredness, lethargy, or dizziness?

Eating healthy food at regular intervals is a great way to start, but sometimes it isn’t the only factor.

For the body to work well, each and every cell, organ and system needs to be in constant communication with each other. This coordinates all your complex internal interactions so  you can be healthy. (the basic premise of bodytalk!)

So, if one part is off on its own, not listening to anybody, and marching to the beat of its own drum, it throws everything off.

Today’s bodytalk tune-up improves the communication between the pancreas and the rest of the body to help improve blood sugar balance so your blood sugar levels stay smooth throughout the day.

I hope you enjoy it!

If you feel your blood sugar is REALLY off, I recommend repeating this sequence once a day for the next 3 days.

    Hi Amberlee,
This was great! I even did it before my morning coffee;) You make it so easy to do and understand. One thing, it would be good if the camera was a little bit lower so I could see more clearly where to put my hands. Thanks for being an angel in my life.
    Big Love,
    Debby

      Hi Debby!
I’m so glad you liked it! And thanks for the camera position advice. I’ll watch out for that next time! Much love and thank you for the sweet comment 🙂
