When part of your body or your mind gives you trouble, it can become a habit to to turn away from the problem, suppress the experience, or feel frustrated or anxious.

Unfortunately, this response can leave this lovely part of you alone and in the dark.

When your body or mind experiences uncomfortable symptoms, it’s trying to alert you to an imbalance.

The more loving awareness you can bring to your inner imbalances, the faster they can shift.

This meditation will help you take a step towards activating your inner healer and deeply balancing your body and mind. It’ll gently invite your inner awareness to any site of discomfort or unease, so you can begin to rebalance from the inside out.

For the most benefit, be sure to give this meditation your full attention (phones off, emails away, eyes closed , etc )

You can repeat the meditation for any part of your body or mind that’s calling for more ease or attention, or just use it to give your whole body some love. And feel free to come back to it as often as you’d like!
