To pick which affirmations to focus on in a given day you can…

…use your intuition to see which one stands out to you and play with that one for  while, repeating it throughout the day

…say each affirmation out loud and feel which ones make you feel either the most uncomfortable or the most excited (these two extremes are both a good sign that that’s a good one for you!)

…use each of them as a writing prompt. Say one to yourself and see how it makes you feel. Do some free-writing on that theme and see what comes up!
