1. What do I need to do to prepare?

There are no specific requirements, but whenever you go through the session, whether it is live or later with the recording, I recommend creating some quiet space for yourself. Turn off phone ringers, close other tabs. Maybe even make a cozy setting with some water or tea.

2. What happens in a session?

In a group session, I tune into the needs of the group, based on our specific theme, and see what arises. I lead you through tapping, breathing and visualization sequences to help you bring more harmony and awareness internally. All the work we do helps tap into your body’s innate ability to heal itself to create more balance on all levels: body-mind-spirit.

My passion is working with people to release the impact of experiences of trauma and stress, so you can be your whole self.

This type of work has whole body-mind-spirit impacts. When you release the impact of stress and trauma, your body has the space to heal.
