Between the things we need to do each day and the twists and turns that life throws our way, it’s easy to get caught up in moving from one thing to the next without having a chance to come up for air.

Sometimes, it can be helpful to pause, take a deep breath, and notice where we are.

When we’re constantly planning for the future or thinking about the past, it’s hard to be present for our own lives.

This week, my friend Rebecca Owen, a healer and personal evolution coach, is going to share a short meditation to help us get grounded and centered in the moment.

In the video below, she outlines steps to settle down into our bodies and draw our awareness to the present.
