Sacral chakra meditation

How’s your sacral chakra doing today?

Are you feeling as vibrant, creative, tuned in, and turned on as possible? Are your hips and pelvis feeling loose and free?

Chances are, there’s some room for improvement, no?

These days, it seems like pleasure, creativity, and joy take a backseat to conformity and not challenging the status quo.

Because of this, you (and me, and all of us!) likely received negative or confused ideas about sensuality, sexuality, body acceptance, creativity and joy throughout life.

And on top of this, being a sensitive person, you’ve probably even been affected by other people’s subconscious uncomfortable feelings and emotions on these subjects too.sacral chakra meditation

Perhaps your family, teachers, classmates, or friends have affected your self-expression this way. I have a clear memory of being about 8, and having a classmate make fun of the way my hips moved when I walked. I remember trying to keep them still from that day on. Does anything like that come to mind for you?

Today’s Sacral Chakra meditation, based in BodyTalk, will help you clear out imbalances around creativity, sensuality, sexuality, and joy both from your own experiences, and from the effects of other people’s feelings. (Woohoo! Get that stuff outta there!)

This is important for your physical health too. Keeping your sacral chakra balanced will improve your reproductive health and keep your hips and pelvis stable and flexible.

Be sure to tap along to tune up and turn on your sacral chakra!

Wishing you a vibrant, creative, joyful day!

    • Hi Gabrielle, thank you for your kind comment, and for your great suggestion, which I’ll do my best to incorporate into an upcoming blog : )

In the meantime, the best technique for trauma and stress release is the cortices brain balancing technique: https://www.amberleerose.com/cortices

It takes your body and mind out of stress, shock, and trauma quickly, and it’s even part of the fast aid protocol in BodyTalk for addressing acute injury. I highly recommend making it a part of your practice.

It was so lovely to run into you today! What a serendipitous spot : )

  2. I love you, Amberlee. “Something colorful, I think, would be fun.” You’re adorable, and noted. This made me want to make a mandala. Also, is there a fountain in your office?

  3. Thank you Amberlee ! This came out at a perfect time for me ! You are always spot on with your videos! 🙂
