Group sessions are very potent. The collective intention of the participants accelerates the amount of healing we can do. Having all of us hold space for each other creates an extremely powerful experience. I LOVE group sessions.

Q. What should I do if I can’t be there live? Will there be a recording?

Yes! I will make a recording of the session and send it to everyone. So, whether you were there and want to go through it again, or if you weren’t able to attend live and you want to go through it at your leisure, you will have access to the recording : )
